Who we are
Jade & Lloyd is a Strategic AI Operations Partner.
We design and operate the systems that carry a business's day-to-day operations. Some of the work we take over and own; some still needs your judgment, so we build around it and leave the call to you. The founder stops being the bottleneck, and the business no longer depends on them to function.
The people behind it
Jade & Lloyd was founded by Aaron Jade. Before this was a firm, he spent fourteen years as the operator behind an online, international coaching business: Bernadette Logue's practice. He built and ran the systems that kept it moving.
For years, that business had the same shape as the ones we serve now. Everything ran through Bernadette. The workflows around the work, the follow-ups, the publishing, the admin behind every call, ate the days, caused friction, and held the business back from growing.
So Aaron rebuilt the operations on AI, starting with the tasks that needed real intelligence and judgment, not just automation. Every time the business felt ready for its next hire, he built the workflow instead. The freed-up capacity changed what the business could do: new products got built, existing ones got sharper, clients got served better. And because the business ran its product development through its Brain, which held the avatar, the customer journey, and the gaps in the product ladder, the new offers came out fitting the people they were made for. Revenue grew. So did the life around the business: less of the week ground through workflows, more of it spent on work worth doing.
Bernadette still runs that business today, down to running its major annual launch on her own. Her clients tell her they're surprised by how much access they get to her; the hours the systems carry go back into the people she serves. Her verdict: "If I had to even think about manually doing what he has automated for me, I would cry!"
That's the flywheel this firm is built on: AI-embedded workflows free the founder; the freed time and the deepening Brain open growth; growth funds the next handover. Growth on top of growth. Jade & Lloyd is that work, turned into something other businesses can use.
The names are family names: Jade, the human half; Lloyd, the platform. The two halves are their own page.
We work closely, with a small number of businesses at a time. Every engagement has a real person accountable for it, someone who knows your business and stands behind what goes out. The systems do the heavy lifting; the judgment, and the relationship, stay with a person.
What we believe
AI should give founders their time back. Most of the time it does the opposite: another tool to set up and manage, more to carry. We started Jade & Lloyd because it should be the other way around.
Most AI just makes a task faster. You still have to point it at the right work, run it yourself, and check what comes back, every time. We take that off you. We learn the calls your business runs on, build the systems that make them and carry the work through, and we run those systems for you. You set up nothing and run nothing. It gets done the way you would do it, without you doing it. Everyone else hands you a tool. We hand you the work, done.
Who we're for
We work with expertise businesses: founder-led companies built on what the founder knows, where the work has to carry their judgment and sound like them. Coaches and consultants, mostly, carrying a heavy operational load across content, clients, follow-up, and admin, run by someone who has tried building AI into their business and found it added more work than it took away.
