The content on this Site — text, design, graphics, and marks, including the Jade & Lloyd and "Lloyd" names and wordmark — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view it for your own information; you may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission. All other rights are reserved, and other trademarks are the property of their owners.

The Site links to third-party services we use, such as the charter-application form and our social profiles. We do not control or endorse those services and are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is subject to their own terms.
