Your data sits on its own
Your business lives in its own space, walled off from every other client's. Nothing is pooled, and one client's work is never reachable from another's. That separation is built into the system itself.
The way it's built also means you can move up as your needs grow: from your own space in a managed cluster, to a dedicated database, to a dedicated server, to your own cloud account, without rebuilding what we've already built. Most businesses never need to. The option is there if yours does, or if your industry asks for it.

It isn't used to train anyone's model
When a workflow needs a model, your data goes to the model provider to do that one job, and nothing else. We run on the major providers' business terms, under which your inputs aren't used to train their models. We don't use your data to train anything of our own either, and we never pool it with another client's to do so.
Your business does the work it's there to do. It doesn't quietly become part of someone else's model.

You own it, and you can leave with it
Your Business Brain, and everything we build on it, is yours. You can connect it to your own tools whenever you want. And if you ever decide to leave, you take all of it with you: the Brain, the workflows, the context built up over the partnership. We don't hold it hostage, and we don't make leaving hard. That's deliberate, and it's the same reason the work is worth trusting in the first place: we only keep clients who'd stay anyway.

Who can see your data
A small team operates your systems, which means a few people can reach your data, because reaching it is how the work gets done and how we fix things when they break. That access stays with the people doing your work. We operate your business. We don't browse it. There's no second use of your data sitting behind the first one.

You decide what needs your sign-off before it goes out, and where a person reviews before anything carries your name. No automated workflow is perfect, which is exactly why that line exists, and why you set it, not us. You can change it whenever you want. Nothing you'd want eyes on goes out without them.

Where we're not the right fit
We're built for expertise businesses, coaches, consultants, creators, practitioners, not for businesses that run on regulated data. If your work turns on protected health information, or financial or legal data that carries specific handling obligations, we're likely not the right fit today, and we'll tell you early rather than take the work and hope. Knowing where we don't belong is part of the job.

Is my data safe?

Do you have SOC 2 or a formal certification?
Not today, and we'll say so plainly rather than imply otherwise. We're a young firm. What we can give you is the exact picture of how your data is isolated, handled, and returned, in writing, so you can hold us to it. As we grow, formal certification follows the clients who need it.
Where does my data physically live?
In a managed cloud we run, in your own walled-off space, until you choose to move up the ladder to a dedicated database, a dedicated server, or your own cloud account. You're never sharing a database with another client.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You take everything: your Business Brain, your workflows, your context. Leaving is clean by design. The point of building it so you can walk is that you won't want to.
Can you delete my data?
Yes. Ask, and your business is removed from our systems. Because your data sits on its own, there's no copy of it tangled into another client's to leave behind.
