- We start with a call
A short form comes first, then a call. The form means we walk in already knowing the shape of your business, so the 45 minutes go to what matters: how the business runs, and where the work piles up on you. No pitch deck. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on that call. Within a day of the call, you have it in writing: what we'd take on first, and why.
- We scope it together
Out of that call, we map the whole operational surface and agree the full scope together. You see the plan, and what it costs, before you commit to anything.
- We build your Business Brain
Onboarding is where we learn your business properly: how you operate, the calls you'd make, the way you say things. That becomes your Business Brain, and it's why the work comes out carrying your judgment instead of reading as generic. Most of the raw material already exists: your content, your calls, the way you already work. You talk us through the business, and we do the building.
- The work starts running
Your first workflow is usually live within a couple of weeks of kicking off. Then we operate the workflows we built into the business. The work that was eating your evenings happens underneath it, and you stop being the person everything routes through.

You're not handed a system to babysit. The Business Brain we build is yours, too: if you ever leave, it goes with you, along with the runbooks for every workflow we ran.
