Pricing

Simple, predictable pricing

Most people come to us already paying for this in pieces: a content helper, an agency, a stack of tools, the odd freelancer. We replace that with one partner, usually for less than the pieces add up to.

You get senior operations expertise and a system that runs your business, for one flat monthly price. We agree the whole scope before you sign, then build it in stages.

What's included

What the price buys

One flat monthly price covers the whole partnership. What sits underneath it:

  • Senior operations and a system that runs the work. A small team operates your systems day to day, with the heavy lifting done underneath them. We build the systems, run them, and step in on the calls that need a person.
  • Your Business Brain. Building it is the first real work we do, and it's part of the subscription. No separate setup bill. Everything we run reads from it, so the work comes out yours.
  • Everything we agreed, built in stages. Your first workflow is usually live within a couple of weeks, and the rest follows across your first few months.
  • Approval lines you set. You decide what needs your sign-off before it goes out, and you change those lines whenever you want.
  • Ongoing maintenance. We keep what we run working: the models, the instructions, your Business Brain, the connections to your tools. When the models change, we test the new ones before they touch your work. When something breaks, we fix it, with no ticket and no extra invoice.
  • Yours to keep. If you ever leave, your Business Brain and the runbooks for every workflow we ran go with you.

A Growth Review is part of every partnership too: a deep look at the business that names where the next growth is and the highest-return place to integrate AI next. You don't buy it separately.

The price

What it costs

Every partnership gets the same foundation: your Business Brain, the systems we build and operate, and your Growth Reviews. Keeping all of it working is included.

The work in most businesses sits in five areas: marketing, sales, client delivery, admin, and finance. We start where the cost is highest, or where the return is clearest. Sometimes that's a whole area. More often it's the heaviest parts of several.

We run a few partnerships at a time, so each one gets the depth it needs. Founding partnerships run between $3,500 and $8,000 a month. Where yours lands comes down to how much we take on, the volume running through it, the number of outcomes we're accountable for, and how much of the business depends on them.

Want us running your whole operation? That's a custom engagement, built with you directly. Scope, terms, and sometimes the commercial arrangement itself get designed around your business. Some of those arrangements look nothing like a monthly fee. Worth starting that conversation early.

Building your Brain and your first workflows is real development work, the kind that usually carries a large upfront build fee. We don't charge one: no setup fee, no development bill. That holds for the work we add later too. Onboarding is part of the first months. We never charge you per change: running, fixing, and improving what you already have is always included. The price moves when you hand us more to run.

These are founding rates while the first clients land, and they rise as the proof builds.

The call costs nothing, and you leave it with a written read on your business within a day.

Tenancy

It scales with you, on your terms

Your business lives in its own space, walled off from every other client's, from day one. The system is designed so one client's work isn't reachable from another's. It's the floor every partnership starts on.

As your needs grow, you can move up without rebuilding what we've already built. Four levels, and you only move up if you need to:

  1. A shared cluster

Your own walled-off space in a managed cloud we run. Where most partnerships start, and where most stay.

  2. A dedicated database

Your data on its own database when you want more separation.

  3. A dedicated server

Your own server for the work, isolated from everyone else's.

  4. Your own cloud account

Everything running inside your infrastructure, if your business or your industry asks for it.

Most businesses never need to move up. The option is there if yours does. Where you sit on the ladder is part of what shapes the price. More on how your data is handled
