The firm is named for its two halves, and so is the work. Lloyd is the platform: Lloyd learns your business, builds AI into how it runs, ships the work, and keeps everything going. Jade is the people: the team who set Lloyd up around your business, make the calls a machine shouldn't, and own the outcome with you. Lloyd carries the volume; Jade holds the judgment. Each half is useful on its own, and together they're far more than either alone, which is why the firm is named for both.
Most of this page is about Lloyd. Jade is in it the whole way through: standing Lloyd up, watching how it runs, stepping in on the calls that need a person, and sharpening the work as your business changes.

Lloyd is five layers. Each one earns its place on its own; stacked together, they make the work yours and keep it running.
Lloyd learns your business: your strategy, your voice, your offers, your customers, the way you make decisions. Everything Lloyd does is built on the Brain, and the Brain deepens every month.

The work comes out in your voice, drawn from the Brain. Anything that goes out under your name is yours to approve; you and your team keep the final say.

Lloyd runs on your turf, and you choose the level: a shared cluster to start, a dedicated database or server as you grow, or your own cloud account. Your data stays walled off at every level.
