Lloyd is a platform we designed and built ourselves, five layers deep. Each layer does real work on its own; stacked together, they make the work yours and keep it running.
Lloyd learns your business: your strategy, your voice, your offers, your customers, the way you make decisions. Everything Lloyd does is built on the Brain, and the Brain deepens every month.

One piece of work, all the way through
This one runs today, in Bernadette Logue's coaching practice, where Lloyd handles the work behind the business. A group coaching call ends on Zoom, and a workflow picks it up: it pulls down the video, the audio, and the transcript, publishes the video to Vimeo with a branded thumbnail, and archives the audio to secure cloud storage. The transcript is scrubbed first, personal details and client names removed so they never appear in the summary, then turned into a written session recap that follows her structure and stays inside her words, because the Brain holds her methodology and her voice. Then the lesson goes live in her WordPress members area, the video embedded, the replay and the recap in place, and the call is logged in her CRM with a review task waiting, so a person still has the last look.
Every step of that used to be someone's job: downloading from Zoom, uploading to Vimeo, making the thumbnail, formatting the lesson, writing the recap. About an hour per call, every call. Now it happens in minutes, with nobody in it.
And when something lands wrong, a transcript that arrives hours late, a video file too big for ordinary tools, nothing gets published half-done. The system flags exactly what failed, Jade steps in, and the retry re-runs only the missing pieces. Five layers, one loop, a person on the calls that matter.
