What we can run for you

Most of what fills your week isn't the work only you can do, and it doesn't have to land on you. Below is the range we can take off your plate. We start where the cost is highest, or where the return is clearest.

Where to start

We start where the return is clearest

Every business has one thing costing it more than anything else. Sometimes it shows up in plain dollars: the leads that go cold before anyone follows up, the launch that underperforms because the pieces don't connect. Sometimes it's time: founder hours, and your team's, going into work that stopped needing them a while ago. And sometimes it's friction: processes that are disjointed, slow, and fragmented, where every step drags and nothing flows. We help you find which one it is, and we start there.

That's why nothing below is a package. We can take an area whole, or the heaviest parts of several, whichever returns the most. We agree the whole scope with you before you sign, then build it in stages.

One we run, in full

One workflow, start to finish

One of the businesses we run this for is Bernadette Logue's coaching practice. After every 1:1 client call there's admin that used to run through her: writing up what was said, then turning it into a follow-up that sounds like her. Now a call ends, and within minutes that follow-up is drafted in her voice, built from what was said, and waiting in her inbox. She reads it, changes anything she wants, adds the recipient, and sends. Nothing reaches a client until she does that: every draft is created with the recipient line left blank, on purpose, so an email can't send itself.

Her group calls run further. When one ends on Zoom, the same setup pulls down the recording, publishes the video to Vimeo with a branded thumbnail, archives the audio, and scrubs personal details and client names from the transcript before writing a recap in her voice, one that follows her structure and stays inside the words she uses. The finished lesson posts to her WordPress members site; a person can edit it, but it doesn't wait on one to go live.

What used to take about an hour per call happens in minutes.

It holds up in the real world. It survives the awkward way Zoom delivers recordings, transcripts that land hours late, files over a gigabyte that break ordinary uploaders, and recurring calls that could attach to the wrong week. A recording it can't place isn't lost; it waits in a queue for a one-click fix.

What makes the writing hers is the Business Brain: her voice, her methodology, her frameworks, and a hard list of words she'll never say. That last part carries as much weight as the rest. The system is built to keep her brand intact.

Between the follow-ups and the lessons, the work after every call now runs itself, and hours of her week come back.

What's possible

The wider range

That's one workflow. Across a whole business, there's far more we can take off your plate, and we build and run all of it.

What we can run · by part of the businessthe range
Marketing
Publishing and scheduling: what you write scheduled, published, and tracked across your channels, without you running the calendar.
Repurposing: one talk, call, or post turned into the week's content across your channels.
Testimonials and themes: pulled from the call recordings you already have.
Sales
Speed-to-lead: a new inquiry gets a reply in seconds, tagged in your pipeline at the right stage.
Follow-up and nurture: the warm leads who haven't booked yet kept in touch with, in your voice.
Lead scoring and churn signals: leads ranked, and at-risk clients surfaced, from how they behave and what they buy.
Proposals: drafted from your past work and your frameworks, ready for you to finish.
Client delivery
Calls into follow-ups: a finished call becomes the follow-up email and the published lesson, with you approving before anything sends.
Course and cohort operations: replays, recaps, reminders, and member access handled across your platforms.
Onboarding: new clients walked through their first steps, nudged by what they've actually done.
An after-hours inbox: overnight email triaged and on-brand replies drafted for your morning.
A chatbot in your voice: answers prospects and clients from your real material.
Admin
One contact record: every person deduplicated across your tools, their whole history on one timeline.
Everything in one view: website, sales, delivery, and campaign numbers in one place, with the system watching itself so a failure becomes an alert.
Scheduling and handoffs: bookings, reminders, and the steps between your tools.
Finance
Payments: orders, refunds, and subscriptions recorded end to end, buyers enrolled where they belong.
Invoicing and billing: sent, tracked, and reconciled, including retainers and payment plans.
The numbers: revenue and finance reporting alongside everything else.
We build it, run it, keep it workingan area whole, or the heaviest parts of several

None of it is a tool you have to run. We build it, operate it, and keep it working, the same way we run the workflow above. And most of this list, you're likely paying for already, scattered across tools and the odd freelancer. One partner runs all of it, usually for less than the scatter costs you now. The platform that runs it, in plain terms.
